Welcome to Studfolio. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If anything below is unclear, email contact@studfolio.net.

Who can use Studfolio

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 13 to join Studfolio Social. By signing up you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. If you suspect someone else has access to your account, email us and we will help you secure it.

Your collection data

The collection data you enter belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your wishlist, sets, minifigures, notes, photos, or any other content you add. You can export or delete it at any time — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Studfolio Social — community rules

When you opt into Social, you can share collections, follow other users, and exchange friend requests. To keep Social a good place for everyone, by participating you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Post display names, collection names, or notes that are obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or that target a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Share content you don't have the right to share, including stolen images or copyrighted material that isn't yours.
• Attempt to evade blocks, scrape data from other users at scale, or otherwise abuse the API.
• Use the app for commercial solicitation, spam, or fraud.

We may remove content, suspend an account, or revoke Social access if these rules are broken. You can also moderate your own experience by blocking other users from Settings.

Visibility and your choices

Studfolio Social gives you per-collection and wishlist visibility controls (Public / Friends / Private). You decide what becomes visible. Anything you mark Public can be seen and shared by other users — please choose deliberately. You can change visibility at any time, but content that was Public may have been observed by others before you changed it.

Studfolio Pro

Studfolio Pro is an optional subscription sold through Google Play. Subscription terms (price, billing period, renewal) are shown in Play at the time of purchase and are governed by your agreement with Google Play. You can cancel at any time through Play Store settings. Refunds are handled by Google Play under their policies.

Third-party data

Studfolio shows set and minifigure data sourced from BrickLink and BrickEconomy. Prices and availability are estimates, not offers, and may be out of date. Do not rely on Studfolio as the sole source of truth for resale value or rarity.

LEGO trademarks

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse Studfolio. Set names, set IDs, and minifigure IDs are used for identification only.

No warranty

Studfolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service available, accurate, and secure, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of catalog data, or that any feature will remain available forever.

Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studfolio and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of value, missed trades, or interactions with other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the app on next launch. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Ending your use of Studfolio

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a security risk, or that we are required to remove by law. After deletion, your data is removed within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
